How long is the staging period, and can I extend it?
Our standard styling campaign runs for six weeks. We also include a complimentary two-week extension if your property needs a little extra time on the market. After that, any further extensions are charged at a flat rate of 10% of your total package price per week.
Can we incorporate our existing furniture into the styling?
Yes, we offer partial styling packages alongside our full staging services. If you have high-quality, foundational pieces you would like to keep in the home, our expert stylists will seamlessly integrate them with our premium inventory. We focus on enhancing your existing space with modern art, luxurious textiles, and strategic décor to ensure a cohesive, high-end presentation that appeals to the current market.

How much notice do you require to stage my property?
We typically recommend booking your staging 1 to 2 weeks before your photography date to ensure a seamless process. However, because we utilise a streamlined, modular approach and own our inventory, we are highly agile.
